Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from FaroMist. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Footwear, accessories, and intimate apparel are eligible only if unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
